Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau

Each year, the Lee County, Florida Visitor & Convention Bureau (VCB) hosts an event to honor exceptional customer service in the local tourism industry. The Elaine McLaughlin Outstanding Hospitality Service Awards — known as the E Awards — shines a spotlight on hotel workers, airport employees, and other customer service professionals in the Fort Myers area. I created the invitations for the twenty-first annual E Awards, which combined a Roaring 1920s theme with the laid-back Lee County brand.
